While Big 4 firms employ a large proportion of the accounting and advisory professional services market, there are many other firms who either compete with or offer alternative services to the Big 4. Working for a Big 4 is not for everyone and Big4careers also deals with mid-tiers, boutiques and smaller, independent firms who can often offer a different type of environment and career path to the Big 4.
