Job Description

Great opportunity to experience the excitement of working in one of the world’s leading and most colourful business centres.  These challenging career opportunities in an international firm await qualified accountants with 5-10 years’ professional experience (preferably Big 4 or similar), at least the last 2 years of which should have been gained working on Transactions, notably Financial Due Diligence assignments.  You will be exposed to a fascinating range of corporate and private equity clients providing financial due diligence, vendor assistance and negotiation support for M&A transactions both within and outside Singapore.  You will be responsible for scoping the engagement, risk management and project economics as well as leading, coaching and training junior staff.   You will also be heavily involved in client relationship management and contributing to the business development activities of the team.  Successful applicants will need to demonstrate a passion for Financial Due Diligence work and should have a strong command of English, including the ability to write accurate reports, and should enjoy the unpredictability and adventure of being required to travel on assignments in the region at short notice.
