These assignments range from core restructuring and insolvency to business reorganisations, distressed M&A and disputes and investigations across all industry sectors but with an additional growing focus on funds and asset management. You are likely to be a qualified ACA, CA, ACCA, JIEB or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant areas of work. A knowledge of Funds and Asset Management would be useful but is not a prerequisite. You will currently be operating at a minimum of Manager level through to Director or Partner level in the restructuring team of a recognised professional services firm or consultancy. You should be commercially aware and client-focused with an entrepreneurial outlook, strong business development skills and a desire to become a key contributor to, and beneficiary of, a growing team. Salary package is highly competitive by industry standards and can be flexibly structured and tailored according to levels and circumstances. Core opportunities are London based though applications will be considered for candidates currently based in the other above-mentioned jurisdictions.
