Great career opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant and/or CFA with at least 3 years’ experience at management level handling corporate finance activities for a range of mid-corporate clients. You should have experience of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and fund raising activities and be passionate about advising and providing top quality service to clients in the mid-market sector. You will need strong academics and a stable employment record from a reputable professional services firm. You will also need strong management and business development skills along with excellent technical skills including financial modelling.
